West Coast Eagles utility Kayla Dalgleish has signed a two-year contract extension, keeping her in blue and gold until at least the end of 2028.<\/p>\n
Dalgleish joined the club with pick No. 57 in the 2024 AFLW Draft, renowned for her speed, football smarts and craftiness in front of goal, and made her debut in round one of the 2025 season.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve got so much belief in this team and what we are building,\u201d Dalgleish said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m loving the coaching, the program and the direction we\u2019re heading.<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old Dandenong Stingrays product had an interrupted start to her 2026 campaign with a hamstring injury but re-joined her teammates in round four against Melbourne.<\/p>\n
She played an important role in the Eagles\u2019 round five victory over last season\u2019s grand finalists Brisbane, managing 10 disposals, three tackles and a goal.<\/p>\n
