\u201cDetectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man aged in his thirties,\u201d the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said in a statement.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe man died in hospital on Sunday, following an incident at a house in Stratheden Heights, Newtownards, on September 7. There are no further details at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n
The court heard there was \u201c a physical altercation\u201d between the brothers after they returned home from a funeral earlier in the day.<\/p>\n
A cousin of the pair, Gerard Donaghy, paid tribute to Paddy following his passing.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy heart aches in a way I can\u2019t really put into words,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n

Paddy starred in British Flat racing from 2005 to 2014, riding 60 winners in his career.<\/p>\n
He also spent time in Bahrain, winning many more races while becoming a respected member of the racing community.<\/p>\n
