Bachchan today is a proud father though who continues to shower praise on his son on social media for some of his most recent works. Abhishek recently completed 25 years in the industry and Big B has now given some words of wisdom to him as expressed on his blog. Bachchan wrote, \u201cThe essence of life is NEVER GIVE UP .. fight till the very end .. you may win you may lose .. BUT AT LEAST YOU FOUGHT. The \u2018pluckiest\u2019 .. loser has more respect than the \u2018so called winner \u2018 .. for the pluckiest loser always shall be remembered by \u2013 \u2018he fought and almost WON\u2019. That has a greater sense of success than the more monetary guideline of commercial success .. 25 years !! that is no mean feat .. comparisons with others is a weakness .. the results speak more than any other \u2018ness.’\u201d He added, \u201cYou Abhishek have ever and ALWAYS compared yourself with yourself .. not many can do that .. And each day I learn more and more and more .. They tell me you have done enough sit back and relax ..NO .. sitting back is a defeat of life \u2013 you are giving up .. and one should NEVER GIVE UP.\u201d Recently in an interview with ETimes, Abhishek had reacted to all the praise that his father showers on him. He said, \u201cI think my father and mother would be proud of anything that I do, provided they know that I’ve given it my best. People forget he’s also a father. For us, Amitabh Bachchan is a hero. So, we never look at it from that lens, but he’s also a family man! He’s a father, he’s a grandfather. For some reason we think, ‘Oh no, he’s not allowed to be that or be human’, but he is. He’s also a father, and my mother is also a mother. I’m their child.
