Both days are scheduled for an 8:30 a.m. ET shotgun start.<\/p>\n<p>Cincinnati\u2019s opening lineup features senior <a href=\"https:\/\/gobearcats.com\/sports\/womens-golf\/roster\/player\/ellise-rymer\" title=\"Ellise Rymer\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ellise Rymer<\/a>, freshman <a href=\"https:\/\/gobearcats.com\/sports\/womens-golf\/roster\/player\/mai-mai-wimonwan\" title=\"Mai Mai Wimonwan\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mai Mai Wimonwan<\/a>, sophomore <a href=\"https:\/\/gobearcats.com\/sports\/womens-golf\/roster\/player\/angela-gomez\" title=\"Angela Gomez\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Angela Gomez<\/a>, freshman <a href=\"https:\/\/gobearcats.com\/sports\/womens-golf\/roster\/player\/eline-chau-hu\" title=\"Eline Chau-Hu\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Eline Chau-Hu<\/a> and senior <a href=\"https:\/\/gobearcats.com\/sports\/womens-golf\/roster\/player\/lauren-pleiman\" title=\"Lauren Pleiman\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Lauren Pleiman<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Bearcats will compete in a 15-team field that includes host Kentucky, Auburn, California, Indiana, Tennessee, Penn State, South Alabama, Lipscomb, East Carolina, Richmond, Belmont, Akron, Eastern Kentucky and Jacksonville State.<\/p>\n<p>The Bettie Lou Evans Invitational is in its 32nd year and honors longtime Kentucky women&#8217;s golf coach Bettie Lou Evans. Evans coached the Wildcats from 1979-2001 before serving as the director of golf operations for Kentucky&#8217;s men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s programs for 17 years. She passed away Sept. 26, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Cincinnati enters the season looking to build on a 2025-26 campaign in which the Bearcats continued to make strides under head coach <a href=\"https:\/\/gobearcats.com\/staff\/aimee-ponte\" title=\"Aimee Ponte\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Aimee Ponte<\/a>. UC recorded its first top-100 ranking since the 2007-08 season and posted a runner-up finish at the Powercat Invitational before adding another top-five finish at the Chevron Silverado Showdown.<\/p>\n<p>The 2026-27 roster features three returners, led by Rymer, who won the 2026 English Women\u2019s Amateur Championship in July.
