They’ve also roped in a number of other celebrities like Hugh Jackman<\/a>, Blake Lively<\/a>, Taylor Swift<\/a> and Channing Tatum<\/a> into supporting their squad, but their team isn’t yet in League One (as it’s also known).<\/p>\n READ MORE: \ufeffKate wasn’t the only ‘great love’ William found in his student days<\/a><\/p>\n So, sure, they’ll be popping up loads at Racecourse Ground stadium hoping to see their team promoted into the top league<\/a> at the end of this season, but a number of other big names will be cheering others already in the Premier League.<\/p>\n So, which celebrities support which team? And who has the most celebrity supporters? Let’s take a look.<\/p>\n Note: these teams are in alphabetical order, so scroll down if there’s a particular team you’re looking for.<\/p>\n Alphabetically the first in the line up for the 2025\/26 season, but Arsenal are also the team with the biggest celebrity supporters.<\/p>\n \ufeffA-list followers of the club include Idris Elba, Kim Kardashian, Elton John, Jay-Z, Lewis Hamilton, Colin Firth, Kevin Costner, Danny DeVito, Anne Hathaway, Benedict Cumberbatch, Andrew Garfield, Robert Pattinson, David Schwimmer and Jamie Foxx.<\/p>\n Football has a new home. Stream the Premier League, FA Cup, J.League and NWSL live & on demand, including Premier League with 4K, from August 2025 on Stan Sport<\/a><\/p>\n Mo Farah, Piers Morgan and Daniel Kaluuya are also among their celebrity supporters.<\/p>\n And, if that wasn’t enough, Prince Harry is a fan of The Gunners… along with the late Fidel Castro.\ufeff<\/p>\n Aston Villa<\/p>\n Prince William<\/a> is the biggest name on Aston Villa’s celebrity supporter docket.<\/p>\n The future king’s in good company though, with \ufeffHollywood legend Tom Hanks a fan of the team and attending matches the past two seasons.<\/p>\n READ MORE: Jamie Lee Curtis reacts to viral ‘plunging dress’ photo<\/a><\/p>\n Seth Rogen is understood to be a fan of AFC Bournemouth.<\/p>\n He joins Blur bassist Alex James, former UK PM Rishi Sunak and actor Michael B. Jordan as the club’s famous fans.<\/p>\n Brentford<\/p>\n Cameron Diaz is said to be a Brentford fan\ufeff but it’s not something that’s been confirmed by the actress.<\/p>\n The My Best Friend’s Wedding star mentioned the club briefly in passing many moons ago, leading the team’s former chairman Dan Tana \u2013 now an LA restaurateur \u2013 to say Diaz was “a regular” on the Griffin Park terraces “whenever she’s in London”.<\/p>\n Brighton and Hove Albion<\/p>\n Fatboy Slim and Simon Cowell are among the celebrity supporters for Brighton & Hove Albion.<\/p>\n They are also favourites of True Blood actor Rob Kazinsky, novellist Peter James, former England rugby player Joe Marler and boxer Harlem Eubank.<\/p>\n Burnley<\/p>\n Burnley FC’s most famous supporter is (drum roll, please…) King Charles.<\/p>\n The monarch revealed he’s a fan of Burnley Football Club during a speech at Windsor Castle back in 2012.<\/p>\n He’s not as avid a fan as his son, Prince William, and isn’t usually spotted at games.\ufeff<\/p>\n Chelsea Sir Michael Caine is a well-documented Chelsea fan and is seen in the stands at Stamford Bridge regularly through football season.<\/p>\n But he’s not the only big name supporter of the team, with Harry Potter actress Emma Watson and funnyman Will Ferrell among their celebrity fan base as well as model Cara Delevingne.\ufeff<\/p>\n Both Watson and Ferrell have been spotted among the crowds at \ufeffStamford Bridge over the years.<\/p>\n READ MORE: Iconic British boyband Five announce Australian tour<\/a><\/p>\n Ferrell’s love of the game is so big, he’s one of several celebrity owners of LAFC, alongside American footballer Mia Hamm and former basketballer Magic Johnson.\ufeff<\/p>\n Crystal Palace<\/p>\n Actors Liam Neeson, Eddie Izzard and Timothy Spall are all Crystal Palace fans.<\/p>\n Neeson is often seen attending matches at Selhurst Park and sometimes does interviews on the pitch ahead of the game.<\/p>\n Wonder if he’ll be in the stands with new (rumoured) love Pamela Anderson this season?<\/p>\n Everton<\/p>\n Dame Judi Dench is an Everton FC fan, thanks to her late husband Michael Williams. The 90-year-old is patron of the team’s community charity and is seen at local events.<\/p>\n Dame Judy isn’t the team only famous fan, with Rocky star Sylvester Stallone also a Toffees supporter.<\/p>\n The actor is a friend of former club directo Robert Earl and has visited Goodison Park back in 2007.<\/p>\n Hidden in this snap of fans at the soccer are two of the world’s biggest stars<\/p>\n Fulham<\/p>\n Margot Robbie spent some time living in London’s Clapham and while the area has many professional football teams, they aren’t in the Premier League.<\/p>\n So, the Barbie star has chosen Fulham as her team. She was even seen in their scarf at home ground, Craven Cottage, back in 2014 \u2013 a year after meeting her now-husband Tom Ackerley, who is among the faithful Cottagers.<\/p>\n But she’s not the only A-lister cheering them on with Hugh Grant, Daniel Radcliffe\ufeff, Lily Allen, Pierce Brosnan and Bill Nighy among the team’s celebrity fan base.<\/p>\n Before he owned the Rabbitohs, Aussie actor Russell Crowe has been a long-standing supporter of Leeds United.<\/p>\n He even voiced the 2019 Prime Video docuseries Take Us Home: Leeds United and years earlier had sparked delight among fans when he tweeted about potential ownership of the club back in 2015. But, he ultimately decided against it.\ufeff<\/p>\n Liverpool<\/p>\n Liverpool FC gives Arsenal a run for its money with Big Star Energy.<\/p>\n One of their biggest supporters is the former 007 himself, Daniel Craig, who was often spotted at the team’s games both in the UK and abroad.<\/p>\n He also was seen meeting with the team in the locker rooms after their matches.<\/p>\n Craig’s support is only \ufeffmatched by perhaps a more unlikely name \u2013 Mike Myers.<\/p>\n The Austin Powers star was born and raised in Canada to parents who immigrated from Liverpool, so he follows his dad’s team loud and proud.\ufeff<\/p>\n Myers often pops up at the team’s home ground of Anfield.<\/p>\n Among the other big names barracking for The Reds is Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Samuel L Jackson, Millie Bobby Brown, Lana Del Ray and basketballer LeBron James.<\/p>\n Oasis’ Gallagher brothersare the most well-known supporters of Man City.<\/p>\n Noel and Liam’s love of the \ufeffteam runs deep, dating back to when they were kids and attended games with their dad.<\/p>\n Now, it’s onto the next generation with the duo spotted in the stands with their own kids over the years.<\/p>\n Former James Bond Timothy Dalton is a Man City fan, as is Jackie Chan.<\/p>\n David Beckham is the most famous Man-U player but \ufeffhe’s not their most famous supporter.<\/p>\n In fact, there are so many big names, the team’s dedicated a whole page and table to it on their website \u2013 in alphabetised order!<\/p>\n There are two notable Aussie fans among the long list: Daniel Ricciardo and Nathan Cleary.<\/p>\n But there’s also a number of actors and musicians cheering on the team, beyond Victoria Beckham.<\/p>\n \ufeffCillian Murphy, Conor McGregor, Harry Styles, Jennifer Saunders, Jessie Ware, Justin Timberlake, Kit Harington, Orlando Bloom and Pharrell Williams are just to name a few.<\/p>\n Notting Hill actress Julia Roberts even enjoyed time on the pitch after a game and delightfully took videos as her kids played on the grounds of Old Trafford in November 2016.<\/p>\n Sting, Cheryl Cole, Charlie Hunnam, James Bay and Sam Fender are among the famous fans of Newcastle United.<\/p>\n Sting is a lifelong fan, having grown up in Wallsend, near Newcastle, and is often seen in the stands of St. James Park watching his beloved team play.<\/p>\n The famous singer even wrote a song for the team when they reached the FA Cup final in the late 90s, called Bringing the Pride Back Home.\ufeff<\/p>\n Cricketers Stuart Broad and Lee Westwood are among Nottingham Forest FC’s famous fans.<\/p>\n They join the likes of Manic Street Preachers frontman James Dean Bradfield and Game of Thrones actor Joe Dempsie as fans of The Tricky Trees.<\/p>\n Sunderland<\/p>\n Some of the most notable Sunderland AFC names include David Stewart from the Eurythmics, JoJo Siwa, famed lyricist Tim Rice and reality TV star Charlotte Crosby of Geordie Shore fame.<\/p>\n There’s also a raft of professional athletes that support the Black Cats, including cricketer Paul Collingwood and boxer Tony Jeffries.<\/p>\n Tottenham Hotspur<\/p>\n Another big team with a long list of celebrity supporters.<\/p>\n \ufeffTheir best-known fans, though, include Adele, Jude Law, Spider-Man Tom Holland and Marky Mark himself \u2013 Mark Wahlberg, who visited the old White Hart Lane in 2016, just before the move to the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.<\/p>\n Law is a lifelong fan of the Lilywhites and has spoken about his love for the team before in interviews.<\/p>\n The Holiday star was asked once what was more stressful, acting on stage or being a Spurs supporter, and he replied, “Oh, supporting Spurs, undoubtedly!”<\/p>\n West Ham United<\/p>\n Keira Knightley may have played a young footballer in Bend it Like Beckham, but the actress has a genuine love of the game and is a lifelong West Ham supporter.<\/p>\n For a daily dose of 9honey, subscribe to our newsletter here<\/a>.<\/p>\n During an appearance on Late Night with Seth Myers, she told the host \u2013 who is also a Hammers fan, as they’re known \u2013 about her love of the team’s anthem.\ufeff<\/p>\n “The song that is played before the game is great,” she said.<\/p>\n “You just have all the crowd blowing bubbles, the song’s called I’m Forever Blowing Bubbles.
