{"id":899491,"date":"2026-09-21T00:48:13","date_gmt":"2026-09-21T00:48:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/899491\/"},"modified":"2026-09-21T00:48:13","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T00:48:13","slug":"us-politics-live-updates-do-i-annihilate-them-trump-weighs-ending-iran-war-with-one-major-strike","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/899491\/","title":{"rendered":"US Politics Live updates: \u2018Do I annihilate them?\u2019: Trump weighs ending Iran war with one major strike"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A majority of American voters believe Donald Trump is harming the national economy, according to a new poll.<\/p>\n<p>The rising cost of fuel and other essentials since the start of the Iran war remains the biggest challenge for Republicans approaching the midterm election, the NBC survey of 1000 voters revealed.<\/p>\n<p>A majority (55 per cent) of those surveyed said they believe Trump\u2019s policies have damaged the economy.
