The states argued that six companies, Glenmark, Lannett, Bausch, Apotex, Heritage and its parent company Emcure, conspired to raise the prices of generic drugs.<\/p>\n<p data-node-id=\"2\">Nebraskans may be eligible for compensation if they purchased certain generic drugs between May 2009 and December 2019.
