\n\tIt\u2019s an even busier time than usual for Khlo\u00e9 Kardashian, with the reality TV<\/a> veteran and businesswoman launching her fragrances in Sephora<\/a>, filming her family\u2019s reality show, executive producing another and getting ready for a fourth season of her podcast, Khlo\u00e9 in Wonder Land.<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter visiting Sephora in New York City last week to celebrate the launch of her fragrance collection \u2014 XO Blue, Almost Always and XO Khlo\u00e9 \u2014 Kardashian sat down with The Hollywood Reporter to discuss the whirlwind of projects she\u2019s juggling, including the expansion of her beauty brand, Season 8 of Hulu<\/a>\u2018s The Kardashians<\/a> and the long-running show\u2019s future. She also opened up about whether she\u2019d be up for another season of The Girls, also on Hulu, after previously telling THR<\/a> that she \u201chad moments in this where I sort of regretted doing any of this because of the fighting and drama\u201d that comes with working with her best friends.<\/p>\n

\n\t***<\/p>\n

\n\tBeauty has always been a big part of the Kardashian brand, and you\u2019ve had several fragrances over the years. What feels different or exciting about bringing the fragrance collection to Sephora now?<\/p>\n

\n\tIt\u2019s a complete dream to be in Sephora. I don\u2019t even know if any of these were. Obviously, they\u2019re more fantasies and things that I would always hoped would happen, but now that I\u2019m actually living them, it\u2019s just crazy. I\u2019m like, holy cow! And to be global and in Mexico and Brazil and all those Sephoras, it\u2019s just insane. It\u2019s just really processing today because I went to the store today, and I\u2019m like, I\u2019ve been so far. It\u2019s really a big, big accomplishment.<\/p>\n

\n\tWhat was the store experience like?<\/p>\n

\n\tIt was so cool. We went super early at 8 a.m. It\u2019s so surreal to see your product in an actual store. I\u2019m sure people are like, \u201cYou should be used to it by now.\u201d But I\u2019m not, and I never want to be.<\/p>\n

\n\tWas there anything that inspired the scents? A memory or a moment?<\/p>\n

\n\tThe first one, XO Khlo\u00e9, I call it my signature scent because I really do think it represents me the most. It\u2019s a lot of white florals, and it has this powdery base to it and that\u2019s something I have always gravitated to. Almost Always has a lot of lavender essence and a lot more notes. Lavender is something I spray on my kids\u2019 pillows every night to relax them and put them to sleep. It\u2019s such a comforting scent to me, so I wanted to lean in. Then, XO Blue is a vacation in a bottle: it\u2019s coconut and transports you to a beach, maybe to a hot man. All of them really do speak to a different piece of me.<\/p>\n

\n\tYou have a lot of other exciting projects coming up, like season eight of The Kardashians.<\/p>\n

\n\tOh gosh, the new season. I can\u2019t believe we\u2019re in season eight. It\u2019s crazy to me. What is happening this season? (Laughs.) (Read more on the upcoming season here<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\n\tWhat does it mean to you that people have stayed with you through all these different eras of your life, with the show resonating for so long?<\/p>\n

\n\tIt\u2019s absolutely unbelievable \u2014 for people to be on that journey for two decades. It is something that I count my blessings for. But also, I see people and they feel like they know me; it\u2019s not because they feel like that. They do. They\u2019ve grown up with me. I started when I was 22. I\u2019m 42. That\u2019s a lot of formative years on camera where I\u2019m evolving or making mistakes or doing things for the first time where I\u2019m being filmed and followed. So when I have people who feel so opinionated about my life or attached, I get it. We all grew up together. I just don\u2019t know what happened in your household. (Laughs.) <\/p>\n

\n\tBut I get why they feel a sense of ownership with me. It\u2019s actually a really beautiful thing, and I do think because of that, people do have a lot of compassion or grace or understanding because they\u2019ve seen not just your highlight reel; they\u2019ve seen the whole reel with me. I think that is why people do stay along for the ride. <\/p>\n

\n\tHow much longer are you hoping to do it for?<\/p>\n

\n\tThat is such a good question. We always say we want to keep doing it until it\u2019s no longer fun \u2014 and if people still want to watch and enjoy, then why not? We have a lot of fun doing it. I love working with my family. I love spending time with them like that. So I don\u2019t have a real end date in my head.<\/p>\n

\n\tThere\u2019s also another season of Khlo\u00e9 in Wonder Land coming up. What have you learned from doing the podcast that you\u2019re bringing into the new season? <\/p>\n

\n\tI\u2019m excited for this season because I have more episodes. I can go in so many different directions, and it will make more sense. I love that it\u2019s in Wonder Land because it\u2019s wherever my brain goes. So one day I\u2019m going to want to talk true crime. One day I\u2019m going to want to talk beauty or talk to a celebrity. So you can\u2019t say it\u2019s a beauty and fitness podcast. There\u2019s no real one category. <\/p>\n

\n\tAnd because I\u2019ve signed on to do so many more episodes \u2014 I\u2019m trying to do like 555, so five things on one subject, five on another, and we\u2019ll space them out so they\u2019re not five back to back. But I think that would feed any curiosities that I have. I love the weirdest things, conspiracies, so I get to really dive into that. Even the Lindsay Clancy trial \u2014 hearing all of those conspiracies is fascinating, and I get sucked down a rabbit hole really quickly. I didn\u2019t realize I was that person, like the aliens in Miami at the mall \u2014 don\u2019t get me started.<\/p>\n

\n\tWe last spoke for The Girls<\/a> and the first season has been out for a few weeks now. How have you felt about the audience response to the show, and would you want to do another season?<\/p>\n

\n\tGood question. Well, I love that the show was so well received. When I was watching the show, I didn\u2019t see Iris, as she sort of gets this bully narrative, and I\u2019m like, what? I love Iris! I don\u2019t see that. But I also know Iris\u2019 story, and she is so funny. She\u2019s so multifaceted, and there\u2019s so much more to her. But she\u2019s also strong, and a no-nonsense girl who works hard. There\u2019s all these things about her that it\u2019s interesting how other people perceived that. So I was like, really? Like when I would see some commentary. It was an interesting opportunity for me. I guess it was hard being the EP and also being their friend. I don\u2019t think I understood how I need to straddle that line, and sometimes I would go to one side more than the other. So it\u2019s a learning curve for me too. I think I would do a season two but it did cause a lot of fighting.<\/p>\n

\n\tStill? <\/p>\n

\n\tNo. But I think everyone\u2019s gone to their own corners. After filming, Natalie, Olivia and Nicole are always together. The twins [Malika Haqq, Khadijah Haqq-McCray] and Iris are together, but I don\u2019t know if all six have blended since filming.<\/p>\n

\n\tHave you heard any rumblings of another season?<\/p>\n

\n\tI\u2019ve heard it\u2019s done really well, and that I think Hulu would like to, but I haven\u2019t had any official word.<\/p>\n
