\n\tRobert Pattinson<\/a> is teasing the differences between 2022\u2019s The Batman<\/a> and the upcoming 2027 sequel. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe actor told Collider<\/a> that The Batman<\/a>: Part II is \u201ca real left turn from the first\u201d movie, teasing that he\u2019s excited to see how the sequel turns out. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt\u2019s so ambitious,\u201d he said. \u201cI mean, I sort of said the other day on something that the first one was a different take on a Batman movie, and this one is another\u2026 It\u2019s a real left turn from the first one, but somehow it keeps elements of the kind of feel of it. But it just feels really ambitious, and I\u2019m excited to see how it turns out.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tPattinson is currently filming The Batman<\/a>: Part II, amid his jam-packed 2026 release schedule. This year alone, he\u2019s already starred in The Drama and The Odyssey. Primetime, where he portrays To Catch a Predator\u2019s Chris Hansen, will release on Friday, as his final project of the year, Dune: Part Three, comes out on Dec. 18. He\u2019s also a new father, as he and Suki Waterhouse welcomed their first child<\/a> in 2024. <\/p>\n

\n\tHowever, despite a very busy schedule, the Twilight star said at the Venice Film Festival<\/a> that he would have been \u201cdevastated to have dropped any of\u201d the projects he\u2019s starred in this year.<\/p>\n

\n\tDirected by Matt Reeves<\/a>, Pattinson is returning to play Bruce Wayne in The Batman: Part II<\/a> alongside a star-studded cast<\/a>. Scarlett Johansson has joined<\/a> the franchise as a new addition, alongside fellow Marvel alum Sebastian Stan. Colin Farrell, Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis, Jayme Lawson, Gil Perez-Abraham, Sebastian Koch and Brian Tyree Henry will also star.<\/p>\n
