Tallulah Willis has shared a sweet photo of her and her acting legend father Bruce Willis, giving a rare insight into their family life amid his battle with dementia.<\/p>\n
The youngest daughter of Willis and Demi Moore took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the heartwarming father-daughter moment with her more than 400,000 followers.<\/p>\n
In the photo, Tallulah, 32, was seen kissing the Die Hard actor on his forehead as she stood above him and carefully cradled his head.<\/p>\n
The Fifth Element star could be seen closing his eyes as he soaked up the special moment.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo cute! \ud83d\ude1a\ud83d\ude1a,\u201d she captioned the post, which provided a pleasant role reversal from other photos she has shared of her dad kissing her on the head.<\/p>\n
The photo comes nearly a month after Tallulah shared an update on the health of her dad, who was diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia in 2022 and 2023 respectively.<\/p>\n
Aphasia is a language disorder that makes it hard to speak, read, write, or understand words, while FTD is a brain condition causing progressive damage to either or both the frontal or temporal lobes of the brain, according to Dementia Australia.<\/p>\n
FTD can change people\u2019s behaviour, personality, language and movement. Memory isn\u2019t always affected, especially in the early stages, but these changes can get worse over time.<\/p>\n
Tallulah said at the end of August that her dad is \u201cdoing the same in terms of the last we kind of updated, which I\u2019m told is good\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut whatever kind of day it is, my family and I meet him where he\u2019s at.\u201d<\/p>\n
The artist also told People that visiting her dad and spending \u201csome time with him\u201d has been a part of her routine.<\/p>\n
When she does see her dad, she admits that it\u2019s important for her \u201cto go into it open to what the visit is, and knowing that before I go in, I\u2019m solid. I\u2019m okay\u201d.<\/p>\n
It comes as Willis attended Tallulah\u2019s August 8 wedding to husband Justin Acee.<\/p>\n
The 71-year-old could be seen in one black-and-white photo smiling with one arm around Tallulah as she leaned into him, while Acee held his other hand.<\/p>\n
