There’s set to be more disturbance in Summer Bay as Home and Away teases a huge upcoming crime storyline. The soap’s official Instagram account shared an incredibly dramatic teaser as the show heads into a dark storyline. <\/p>\n

The teaser shows a bunch of picturesque shots of the beach and happy couples as it reveals that new love is blossoming in the coastal town. <\/p>\n

However, that good feeling doesn’t last for long as a crime scene is soon shown, complete with rows of police tape. The caption reads: “Think you know what’s coming next in Summer Bay? Think again.”<\/p>\n

It’s already been reported that a missing person storyline is in the works for Ruth ‘Roo’ Stewart<\/a>, with fans spotting missing posters proclaiming her last whereabouts and a crime scene involving a burnt-out car. <\/p>\n

According to the posters, Roo was last spotted at Swan Parade, Bayfield as she travelled back to Summer Bay in a black Toyota C-HR. <\/p>\n

And in the new promo, more information is disclosed as Roo’s father Alf is seen at the sidelines of the crime scene, as Sergeant David Langham is seen walking towards him. <\/p>\n

But that’s not all, as Back to the Bay<\/a> further reports that filming from episodes show Leah also approaching the same area along with Alf, Marilyn and Justin holding a bouquet of flowers.<\/p>\n

What is even more concerning to fans is that an actor was spotted playing a coroner carrying off a dead body – so could this be the end of Roo?<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the bay, there’s some more drama surrounding Richie’s return<\/a> following his accidental shooting of Sergeant Langham during a robbery. <\/p>\n

Now having been fired from the force, he returned to reconcile with ex-girlfriend Abigail, an offer she is seriously considering. <\/p>\n

Home and Away drops new episodes on weekdays at 6am on 5\u2019s streaming service with a 6.30pm screening on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video<\/a> in the UK.<\/p>\n

In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7Plus.<\/p>\n
