Jannik Sinner<\/a> and Carlos Alcaraz<\/a> are the top two seeds in the men\u2019s singles draw at the US Open<\/a>, which runs from 24 August – 7 September.<\/p>\n Defending champion and No. 1 player in the PIF ATP Rankings, Sinner is chasing his third major title of the season<\/a> and could only meet fierce rival Alcaraz in the championship match. The two stars have shared the past seven major titles, beginning at last year\u2019s Australian Open<\/a>, and Alcaraz leads their Lexus ATP Head2Head series 9-5.<\/p>\n The 2020 US Open<\/a> finalist, Alexander Zverev<\/a> is the third seed, while home favourite Taylor Fritz<\/a>, who reached his first major final at Flushing Meadows last year, is seeded fourth.
