Health professionals are invited to attend a free webinar on Medicare Mental Health Check In, a new online mental health service designed to support people experiencing mild mental health challenges.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Medicare Mental Health Check In provides free evidence-based Low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LiCBT) to help people build practical skills, strengthen confidence and improve their mental health.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The webinar will provide an overview of the service and help health professionals better understand patient suitability, referral pathways and how the service fits within the broader mental health system.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Attendees will hear from representatives from the department and St Vincent\u2019s Health Australia on:\u00a0<\/p>\n
