\n\tLorde<\/a> is feeling fearless as she goes into the final two performances of her Virgin album cycle, with the pop star quoting a Taylor Swift<\/a> lyric while posting about the end of her festival run on Thursday (Oct. 8).<\/p>\n

\n\tSharing a photo on her Instagram Story of a matcha drink carrier that reads \u201cThank you\u201d on the side, Lorde \u2014 who will play FORM Arcosanti in Arizona on Friday (Oct. 9) followed by Austin City Limits in Texas the next day \u2014 said that she felt the upcoming dates were \u201can exit ceremony for this album.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cbut it also feels like a beginning,\u201d she continued. \u201cI Can\u2019t thank you enough for making this the most inspiring special tour i have ever been on, it was you and me all the way through. In capture it rmemeber [sic] it mode this weekend frrrrrrrrr.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cCapture it, remember it\u201d is a phrase made famous by the title track of Swift\u2019s 2008 sophomore album, Fearless. The two singers have been friends for many years, with fans considering Lorde a key member in the Eras headliner\u2019s famous \u201csquad\u201d back in the mid 2010s. (The New Zealander said on X in 2017 that she wasn\u2019t a huge fan<\/a> of the \u201csquad\u201d label, but also wrote, \u201ctaylor has been there for me in all my dark and light moments these past 5 years, all of them.\u201d)<\/p>\n

\n\tThe back-to-back festival dates are the last shows on Lorde\u2019s calendar after touring in support of Virgin \u2014 which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200<\/a> in July 2025 \u2014 for more than a year. She began by embarking on her Ultrasound arena trek in September of last year before kicking off her festival run at Gov Ball in June.<\/p>\n

\n\tAt one of her recent stops, Lorde made a statement<\/a> by wearing a \u201cFree Palestine\u201d jacket on stage at the first weekend of ACL. She also posted a photo of the outfit on Instagram and pointedly tagged an unverified account for Robert Kraft, the billionaire owner of Gillette Stadium who rallied other venue heads to have Macklemore dropped from Ed Sheeran\u2019s Loop Tour over the rapper\u2019s onstage pro-Palestinian protests.<\/p>\n

\n\tAlso on Thursday, Lorde reposted a photo<\/a> of the jacket and wrote to her ACL weekend two audience, \u201cSee you again in 2 days.\u201d<\/p>\n
