It was approved by US President Donald Trump last week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t want to comment on the domestic politics of any other country when it comes to matters like this,\u201d Mulino told ABC Radio National this morning. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Assistant Treasurer Daniel Mulino.\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/917be885b17830f4eeea4c2d1f401fad47956c0c.jpeg\"  class=\"sc-d34e428-1 ldCIuB\"\/>Assistant Treasurer Daniel Mulino.Alex Ellinghausen<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn terms of the specifics of whether or not this should be shown on social media, that we\u2019ve been leaning in more generally on protections in that place. One of the things I think we need to grapple with is that we need to walk a fine line with social media between imposing protections where appropriate and making sure that people have the freedom to express themselves.
