For that effort, the chief executive of Pinnacle Investment Management was allowed to append three initials to the end of his name: CFA, or chartered financial analyst.<\/p>\n<p>Then in his 40s with a young family, Macoun already had two university qualifications. And the CFA is hardly a requirement to work in finance.
