The honour was announced at a glitzy ceremony at Adelaide\u2019s Convention Centre on Wednesday evening to mark the arrival of the world\u2019s most influential dining guide on Australian shores.<\/p>\n<p>The fine diner, which overlooks the Penfold\u2019s vineyard at the base of the Adelaide Hills, has been led by chef Scott Huggins for over 13 years.
