Credit: PerthNow<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">\u201cWe didn\u2019t have a plan exactly what to do at the start.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">\u201cThen I got a bit more experience in the bakery side and (Luca) said, \u2018Okay, let\u2019s make it happen now\u2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">\u201cYou know, he\u2019s got the coffee, spirit, teas, and I got the bakery side. We can\u2019t even bring it out or tidy it up on the tray because it just goes,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">\u201cI think our rolls are even more popular because they are different. We gave that Italian touch with truffle mayonnaise, the mushroom, the porchetta. I think people are enjoying what what we\u2019re doing different here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">The Italian brothers said the customers have become their family.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">\u201cWe love our customers, we love the people that come.
