The 4.92-hectare lifestyle estate is understood to have once been owned by acting legend Neill before transferring to his former wife, Noriko Watana.<\/p>\n
Neill died from pneumonia on July 13 in Sydney at the age of 78.<\/p>\n
The Jurassic Park star\u2019s family and long-term agent confirmed he died cancer-free, having previously beaten angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma through CAR T-cell therapy.<\/p>\n
It comes after Momoa secured another high-profile real estate deal earlier this year.<\/p>\n
The New Zealand Herald reported that Ariki Group, the company owned by Momoa, Taika Waititi and Cliff Curtis, purchased a film studio called Studio West located in West Auckland.<\/p>\n

Momoa has been outspoken about his love for New Zealand and has a creative, cultural and spiritual connection with the islands.<\/p>\n
