Pies coach Sam Wright changed things up in a bid to combat that imbalance with Tarni White spending more time at stoppages and Britt Bonnici behind the ball. The tactic worked a treat, with the Magpies on 19 clearances by half-time to Port’s 10. But Wright’s charges couldn’t make the most of that turnaround, goalless in the first half and on the wrong side of a 24-10 inside 50 count.

Mules-Robinson farewells Alberton faithful
Port Adelaide skipper Justine Mules-Robinson played her final game in front of the Alberton home crowd after the three-time Adelaide premiership player announced her retirement mid-week. Playing her 104th AFLW game, the much-respected leader worked tirelessly as ever. She was hugged by emotional teammates after the final siren and was given a warm send-off by the Power faithful.

Up next
Port Adelaide finishes the home-and-away season with a clash against St Kilda at RSEA Park Saturday 31 October at 1:05pm Melbourne time, while the Magpies take on the Bombers at Windy Hill on Sunday at 1:05pm local time.

PORT ADELAIDE 3.0 5.2 6.2 8.4 (52)
COLLINGWOOD 0.0 0.1 0.3 0.4 (4)

GOALS
Port Adelaide: Houghton 2, Young, Woodland, Scholz, Pope, Goody, Dowrick.
Collingwood: None

BEST
Port Adelaide: Dowrick, Goody, Scholz, Germech, Brooksby, Boag, Heads, Moloney.
Collingwood: Centra, White, Bonnici, Rowe

INJURIES
Port Adelaide: Nil
Collingwood: Nil

Crowd: 3,112 at Alberton Oval

Justine Mules-Robinson celebrates a win during round 11, 2026.
