NEW YORK \u2014 Dartmouth totaled 419 yards and forced three second-half turnovers to beat Columbia 38-18 on Saturday at Robert K. Kraft Field at Wien Stadium.
\nColumbia (4-2, 1-2) lost its fifth straight Homecoming game. The Lions turned the ball over three times after halftime, stalling multiple chances to cut into the deficit.

\nDartmouth (3-3, 2-1) leaned on running back Myles Craddock, who carried 23 times for 128 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Grayson Saunier added 11 carries for 96 yards and four rushing touchdowns, including a 68-yard run late in the fourth quarter.

\nColumbia ran effectively but could not avoid costly mistakes late. Griffin Johnson<\/a> rushed 15 times for 73 yards and was named the John Tonner Homecoming Player of the Game. Hutch Crow<\/a> caught seven passes for 94 yards and a touchdown.

\nDartmouth opened with an 11-play, 75-yard drive and took a 7-0 lead on Craddock’s 14-yard touchdown run. Columbia answered with a 22-yard field goal by Hugo Merry<\/a> after a facemask penalty moved the Lions into the red zone, cutting the lead to 7-3 with 3:54 left in the first quarter.

\nAfter two stalled possessions, Dartmouth extended the lead when Jacob Henry scored on a 2-yard run for a 14-3 advantage. Columbia closed the gap midway through the second quarter when Chase Goodwin<\/a> hit Crow on a short throw, and Crow broke a tackle and ran 30 yards for the touchdown to make it 14-10 with 6:40 left in the half.
\nSaunier pushed the lead back to 21-10 with a 1-yard touchdown run on third-and-1 with 55 seconds remaining before halftime.

\nDartmouth opened the second half by forcing a punt, then used a 15-play, 83-yard drive that took 9:35 off the clock. Saunier finished it with another 1-yard touchdown run to make it 28-10.
\nColumbia got within 28-18 early in the fourth quarter. Goodwin found Bryce Coleman<\/a> for a 14-yard touchdown on fourth down, and the Lions converted the 2-point attempt.

\nAfter Columbia forced a three-and-out, Dartmouth took over at the Lions’ 22 when a Goodwin pass deflected off Crow and was intercepted by Thai Brown. The Big Green settled for a 41-yard field goal by Owen Zalc after Ethan Fullerton<\/a> recorded a sack on third down.

\nDartmouth added two more interceptions on Columbia’s next two drives. Keith Harrison picked off a deflected pass at the Lions’ 39, and No’Koi Maddox intercepted Goodwin in the end zone. Saunier closed the scoring with a 68-yard touchdown run.<\/p>\n

The Lions will stay home to face Yale on Saturday, October 31, at Robert K. Kraft Field. Kickoff is slated for 12 p.m. on ESPN+.
