{"id":942144,"date":"2026-10-27T01:06:09","date_gmt":"2026-10-27T01:06:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/942144\/"},"modified":"2026-10-27T01:06:09","modified_gmt":"2026-10-27T01:06:09","slug":"kings-announce-injury-updates-on-murray-raynaud-cardwell","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/942144\/","title":{"rendered":"Kings Announce Injury Updates On Murray, Raynaud, Cardwell"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kings forward <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/m\/murrake02.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.hoopsrumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2026-10-26_bbr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Keegan Murray<\/a> will be reevaluated in 10-to-14 days after being diagnosed with <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hoopsrumors.com\/2026\/10\/pacific-notes-murray-warriors-lendeborg-timme.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">left ankle capsulitis<\/a>, the team announced in a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nba.com\/kings\/news\/kings-medical-updates-4\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Murray experienced soreness and stiffness in his surgically repaired left ankle after the team\u2019s loss to Portland on Friday. He was ruled out of Sunday\u2019s loss to Memphis after initially being listed as questionable.<\/p>\n<p>The Kings also provided injury updates on second-year centers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/r\/raynama01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.hoopsrumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2026-10-26_bbr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Maxime Raynaud<\/a> (right patellar subluxation) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.basketball-reference.com\/players\/c\/cardwdy01.html?utm_medium=linker&amp;utm_source=www.hoopsrumors.com&amp;utm_campaign=2026-10-26_bbr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Dylan Cardwell<\/a> (left calf strain).<\/p>\n<p>According to the team, Raynaud is progressing well in his rehabilitation from his right knee injury and will be checked out again in about two weeks. Cardwell could be a little closer to returning, as he\u2019ll be reexamined in approximately seven days.<\/p>\n<p>Raynaud suffered his injury in a preseason game vs. Golden State on Oct. 10.
