Marcellus Wiley \u201cviciously\u201d raped a 22-year-old college student while he was a member of the Buffalo Bills more than two decades ago, according to an explosive new lawsuit obtained by the California Post.<\/p>\n

Getty Images<\/p>\n Doe claimed that she first met Wiley, who\u2019s now 51 years old, in February 1999, and the two went on a pair of dates.<\/p>\n \u201cAround that time,\u201d Doe\u2019s lawsuit stated, \u201cJane told Wiley that she was not sexually active, was sexually inexperienced, and was not interested in or willing to have a romantic relationship with Wiley or anyone.\u201d<\/p>\n Weeks later, Doe claimed that Wiley asked her to join him at a downtown Los Angeles nightclub, and she agreed.<\/p>\n Wiley picked her up outside her USC dorm room and after they had their night out, he \u201cpleaded\u201d with her \u201cto come back with him to his hotel, the Hilton near LAX Airport,\u201d according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n \u201cBecause it was late and she did not have access to her car, Jane agreed to go with Wiley to his hotel,\u201d the lawsuit stated.<\/p>\n While inside the property\u2019s lobby, Wiley allegedly repeatedly pressured Doe to spend the night with him in his hotel room.<\/p>\n Marcellus Wiley attends The Pump Group VIP Summer Soiree 2025 at The Beverly Hilton on Thursday, August 14, 2025, in Beverly Hills, California. Getty Images for The Pump Group<\/p>\n \u201cUltimately,\u201d Doe\u2019s lawsuit stated, \u201cJane agreed to spend the night in Wiley\u2019s room. In doing so, Jane repeatedly and explicitly told him that she was not interested in having sex and that she was going to go to sleep immediately.<\/p>\n \u201cWiley told Jane that he understood that they would not have sex and that Jane was going to go to sleep immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n Doe alleged in her suit that once she got to the room, she fell asleep \u201cfully clothed.\u201d However, she said later in the night, Wiley raped her.<\/p>\n \u201cJane told Wiley to stop and repeated \u2018please stop\u2019 several times and told him, \u2018You\u2019re not listening to me,\u2019\u201d the lawsuit stated.<\/p>\n Marcellus Wiley (75) smiles after the Jaguars victory, Sunday, Nov. 20, 2005. Getty Images<\/p>\n Wiley, however, did not stop, according to Doe\u2019s suit.<\/p>\n At one point, Doe claimed in her suit that Wiley \u201cobserved her shaking and said, \u2018Look at you\u2026 keep shaking.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Doe said Wiley ultimately gave her a ride back to her dorm room, but on the drive, he informed her \u201che had \u2018the clap\u2019 and that she she should get tested for a sexually transmitted disease.\u201d<\/p>\n She alleged the two \u201cnever spoke again.\u201d<\/p>\n Doe stated she received a rape kit after she arrived home that tested \u201cpositive for bruising and Wiley\u2019s semen.\u201d She also claimed she filed a police report over the matter, but on April 15, 1999, \u201cthe District Attorney called Jane to inform her that Wiley denied Jane\u2019s allegations and that, therefore, no charges would be filed.\u201d<\/p>\n Doe is now suing Wiley for sexual battery, assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.<\/p>\n \u201cThis lawsuit marks the first step toward holding Marcellus Wiley accountable for his horrific abuse of our client,\u201d Doe\u2019s attorney, Noah Werksman, said in a statement to The Post this week. \u201cWe look forward to standing beside her as she tells her story in court.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked for comment on the allegations, Wiley wrote in a text message to The Post: \u201cVisit MenTooProject.org<\/a> and join us in the fight for truth, fairness, and justice.
