Racking up points, Pepperdine dropped 21 in the first quarter and 27 in the second.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nWith a 48-10 lead at the half, the Waves did not let up in the latter 20 minutes of play. Matching the second quarter&#8217;s 27 points in the third, Pepperdine had a commanding 75-26 lead heading into the fourth.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nBreaking the 100 point barrier to close the game out, the Waves won their one and only exhibition match 100-32 Wednesday night. By record, it is the first time Pepperdine has scored 100 since 2014, doing so against Santa Clara in a 100-93 win. This is the first time under coach Faulkner the Waves have scored triple-digits.<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nOfficially kicking the season off on the road, the Waves travel north to take on Portland State Monday night.
