Sarah Ferguson<\/a> is back in the UK and living in a rented home just outside of London, her spokesperson confirmed.<\/p>\n

Fergie, as she\u2019s known, moved back in the late UK summer, so likely in August, after spending some months hidden away in the Austrian Alps<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But it seems the Duchess of York is back in the UK to stay.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s resettling here, lying low while she looks at the next stage. She\u2019s happy spending time with her family and focusing on her relocation,\u201d her spokesperson told US publication People<\/a> magazine.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe is embracing her family life and seeing her grandchildren.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s understood Ferguson has been spending plenty of time with her youngest daughter Princess Eugenie, who welcomed daughter Adelaide in August.<\/p>\n

The 36-year-old also has two older sons, August, 5, and Earnest, 3.<\/p>\n

Ferguson\u2019s older daughter Princess Beatrice also has young children.<\/p>\n

The 38-year-old is mum to step-son Christopher \u201cWoolfie\u201d Woolf, 10, as well as daughters Sienna, 5, and Athena, 1.<\/p>\n

Ferguson, 67, relocated to Austria for a number of months after the release of the Epstein files last November, which included emails between her and the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. <\/p>\n

She\u2019s not been accused of any wrongdoing regarding the late disgraced financier.<\/p>\n

The documents, released by the US Department of Justice, also heavily featured her ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who was stripped of his princely titles by brother King Charles as a result.<\/p>\n

As part of loss of titles, then-Prince Andrew was also made to give up his home of Royal Lodge in Windsor, where Ferguson still lived with him more than 30 years after their divorce.<\/p>\n

Mountbatten-Windsor was given a place to stay on the King\u2019s private estate, in Sandringham, Norfolk, in the north-east of the country.<\/p>\n

Ferguson has opted to rent a house in an area called Home Counties, which features a number of regions that are in the commuter belt to London, such as Essex to the east, Surrey to the south, Berkshire to the west and Hertfordshire to the north.<\/p>\n

While they live hundreds of kilometres apart now and are believed to have not seen each other in person since Mountbatten-Windsor\u2019s move to Sandringham, it\u2019s understood the former couple are in regular contact.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey have an ongoing cordial and supportive relationship as co-parents and co-grandparents,\u201d\u00a0Fergie\u2019s spokesperson told the US publication. <\/p>\n

Ferguson made a rare public appearance last week, alongside her daughters, at the funeral of family friend, businessman and race driver Paddy McNally.<\/p>\n

Before that, the 67-year-old hadn\u2019t been seen in public since the Duchess of Kent\u2019s funeral in September last year.<\/p>\n
