But its candidates have been wiped out en masse.<\/p>\n<p>The Democrats were projected to have won control of both chambers before the polls had even closed in parts of the United States.<\/p>\n<p>A source told the Daily Mail that the President watched Fox News \u201cparalysed into silence\u201d, as the rest of his team disappeared to a bar.<\/p>\n<p>Wins for the Democrats include Senate seats in Texas, which hadn\u2019t chosen a Democratic senator since the 1980s, and even Kansas, which hadn\u2019t voted for a Democratic senator since 1932.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Trump had indicated he is \u201cwilling to accept\u201d the results.<\/p>\n<p>Abdul El-Sayed also won Michigan\u2019s US Senate race after an ugly high-profile row with the President.
