Like, \u2018Why does it feel like my whole entire life is going to end?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cIt sucks,\u201d she added. \u201cIt is also dangerous, and it should be taken seriously.\u201d<\/p>\n
Hailey isn\u2019t the only celeb who has spoken out about having PMDD. Riverdale star Lili Reinhart, singer Zara Larsson and influencer Dixie D\u2019Amelio have all openly talked about having the disorder.<\/p>\n
D\u2019Amelio spoke about how it severely affected her mental health and relationships during the season three premiere of The D\u2019Amelio Show on Hulu back in September 2023.<\/p>\n
\u201cPeople are going to be like, \u2018Oh my God, everybody gets that.\u2019 Like, no,\u201d she said in a confessional.<\/p>\n
\u201cI didn\u2019t know that you weren\u2019t supposed to want to die every month before you got your period,\u201d she continued. \u201cIt\u2019s not supposed to affect every single aspect in your life from sleep to anxiety.\u201d<\/p>\n
D\u2019Amelio, 25, noted that her symptoms also included \u201closing the will to live, irritability and anger.\u201d<\/p>\n
More recently, Reinhart appeared on the Reclaiming with Monica Lewinsky podcast in November 2025 and said she discovered she had \u201chorrible PMDD\u201d after she stopped taking antidepressants and birth control.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo, the week before my period, I feel suicidal,\u201d Reinhart, 30, said. \u201cAnd I didn\u2019t know that I felt that way until I wasn\u2019t on medication.\u201d <\/p>\n
