Amal Clooney went suede on suede for a night at the theater with husband George Clooney on Sunday.<\/p>\n
The human rights lawyer, 48, joined him at New York\u2019s Seaview Studio as he took part in a one-night-only reading of \u201cSmear!,\u201d a political comedy by his former \u201cGood Night, and Good Luck\u201d co-star Clark Gregg.<\/p>\n

For the occasion, Amal brought back a caramel-colored Gucci suede trench<\/a> from the label\u2019s fall 2015 collection adorned with rounded gold buttons. She first wore it that same year to the Public Theater with a white Chlo\u00e9 dress and sandals.<\/p>\n Beneath the trench, she opted for an off-white mock-neck minidress and black pointed-toe suede boots that reached nearly the tops of her thighs.
