Prince Harry is stepping down from his role as chief impact officer at online mental health coaching company BetterUp.<\/p>\n
BetterUp CEO and co-founder Alexi Robichaux announced in a statement posted on the company\u2019s website<\/a> Friday that the Duke of Sussex would be transitioning to a senior advisor role.<\/p>\n Harry, 42, joined the company<\/a> as chief impact officer in 2021, with Robichaux recalling in his statement that he and fellow co-founder Eddie Medina were \u201cimpressed by his adept understanding of the power of coaching\u201d and his belief that \u201ccoaching should be available to people everywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n Prince Harry (seen above) is stepping down as chief impact officer at BetterUp to transition into a senior advisor role. \/ SplashNews.com<\/p>\n The Duke of Sussex\u2019s role change at BetterUp follows his move back to the UK with his family. I\u2019m glad we get to keep doing this work together in this new capacity,\u201d Robichaux concluded.<\/p>\n Harry confirmed his role at BetterUp<\/a> in email exchange with The Wall Street Journal in 2021, telling the newspaper, \u201cI intend to help create impact in people\u2019s lives.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHarry, thank you for what you\u2019ve helped build here. The Markle patriarch has since been released on bond<\/a> back to his senior health care facility.<\/p>\n
