The victim of Raja Jackson’s brutal attack, Stuart Smith, is conscious and ‘does have some recollection of the events’ from that day where he was brutally beaten in an off-script attack inside a wrestling ring<\/a>, per his brother, Andrew Smith.<\/p>\n

Terrifying footage emerged over the weekend from an independent professional wrestling event of Raja\u00a0repeatedly punching Smith in the head<\/a>\u00a0as he lay\u00a0motionless on the canvas during an unplanned assault.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Moments earlier, the 25-year-old had leapt up from his front-row seat and entered the ring. He then lifted Smith – who goes by the ring name ‘Syko Stu’ – over his head before slamming him to the floor and pummeling him with several punches.<\/p>\n

Around half a dozen people eventually intervened before he left the arena, with Smith later taken to hospital following the vicious assault.<\/p>\n

Less than 48 hours later, Andrew has given a massive update on his brother’s health.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Good Morning. Thank you for the outpouring of support. Stuart is conscious and does have some recollection of events from the day of the attack,’ Andrew Smith said Monday on Facebook.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

Raja Jackson fumed about ‘everybody f***ing playing with me’ after his attack on a wrestler<\/p>\n

‘Thank you everyone for reaching out, it\u2019s been difficult to get back to everyone individually. We will be setting up something for anyone wishing to donate. I will update with a link when possible. He\u2019s currently resting and says, “Thank you for the love and support.”‘\u00a0<\/p>\n

While fleeing the scene, Raja was captured ranting about people ‘calling me a b****’ in a video circulating online as he explained why he rendered the wrestler unconscious.<\/p>\n

‘I’m tired of motherf***ers playing with me bro. Real sh**,’ he said to the camera while sporting blood on his white T-shirt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I’m tired of everybody f***ing playing with me and sh**. Think I’m always playing and sh**, calling me b**** and sh**… I’m not no f***ing b****, bro.<\/p>\n

‘At the end of the day, I’m going to stand up for my f***ing self because I’m tired of everybody f***ing playing with me. Real sh**!’<\/p>\n

Another video also shows Jackson taking a phone call after the attack from someone named ‘Andre’, who told him that he had gone too far with his actions.<\/p>\n

After being asked why he stormed the ring and assaulted Smith, Raja stressed to Andre that he had ‘p***ed me off’.<\/p>\n

Andre was then heard saying that Smith had been ‘flatlined’ in the ring before the call came to an end.<\/p>\n

According to TMZ<\/a>, Los Angeles police are now investigating Jackson’s shocking attack at the Knokx Pro Wrestling event in California<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After being rushed to hospital, Smith is now said to be ‘fine and recovering’ following the incident.\u00a0The frightening incident has sparked outrage online, with MMA legend ‘Rampage’, 47, taking to social media to apologize for his son’s actions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Raja was unexpectedly hit in the side of the head by him moments before Smith\u2019s match, Raja was told that he could get his \u201cpayback\u201d in the ring, I thought it was a part of the show,’ he wrote.<\/p>\n

In an earlier clip, Smith is seen ‘smashing’ a drink on Jackson’s head before apologizing. ‘I will f*** him up,’ Jackson said before Smith is told by another wrestler: ‘He’s going to come out on your match.’<\/p>\n

‘Rampage’, who had 49 professional fights and was a UFC light-heavyweight champion, continued: ‘It was bad judgement, and a work that went wrong. Raja is a MMA fighter not a pro wrestler and had no business involved in an event like this. I don\u2019t condone my son\u2019s actions AT ALL!\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘He suffered a concussion from sparring only days ago and had no business doing anything remotely close to physical contact. As a father, I’m deeply concerned with his health AND the well being of Mr. Smith.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘That being said I\u2019m very upset that any of this happened, but my main concern now is that Mr. Smith will make a speedy recovery. I apologize on his behalf and to KICK for the situation.’<\/p>\n
