A pickup truck travelling southbound on the Island Highway rolled twice near the Nanoose Flats, sending four people to hospital.
The rollover crash happened shortly before 3 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Police, fire and BC Ambulance Service paramedics rushed to the scene.
Four people — a man, two women and a child — were travelling in the truck when it rolled.
All four were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Nanoose Bay Fire Department.
Southbound traffic saw some lengthy delays as it was diverted to a single lane.
The highway lane reopened within about an hour.
