This is your reminder that Freakier Friday—yes, the sequel to Freaky Friday—is hitting theaters soon. Over 20 years after the original film, Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis are finally reuniting on screen this August. And while we’re still waiting on trailers, Lohan is already setting the tone with her press tour wardrobe. Spoiler: it’s blooming.
The actress took to Instagram to share a first glimpse of her Freakier Friday promo look, wearing a cherry blossom-printed minidress from Oscar de la Renta’s Pre-Fall 2025 collection.
“Florals? For Freakier Friday? Groundbreaking 😉🎬🌸 So excited for all that’s blooming! Including Freakier Friday 🌸 #freakierfriday,” she wrote in the caption.
The soft tweed silhouette features delicate floral embroidery and lace leavers along the trims for a sweet and feminine detail.
Lohan kept the styling simple and let the dress shine, opting for silver jewelry: a diamond tennis necklace, a few thin bracelets and rings, and tiny hoop earrings.
She also slipped in a small detail of the upcoming film. In her photo carousel, posters and vinyls referencing Pink Slip, the fictional garage band Lohan’s character fronted in the 2003 film, can be seen spread across TV screens and walls.
The film’s press tour kicks off after a low-key summer for Lohan away from the spotlight and with her family. Earlier this month, she vacationed in Italy with husband Bader Shammas and their son, Luai.
This week, the Dubai-based family happily celebrated Luai’s birthday with a dinosaur-themed party.
