HATE MOTIVATED BREAK, ENTER AND ASSAULT INVESTIGATION
London man arrested

LONDON, ON (September 2, 2025) – A London man has been charged after members of the London Police Service Uniformed Division responded to a break, enter and assault call over the weekend.

On Sunday, August 31, 2025, at approximately 12:35 a.m. a man and a friend were returning home when an unknown male began yelling racially motivated comments at the two of them in the area of Capulet Lane and Wonderland Road North.

A short time later while inside his residence, the victim heard a knock at the door. When he answered, the same male suspect forced his way into the victim’s residence and assaulted him while continuing to yell racially motivated comments to him.

Officers located and arrested the suspected still in the area.

The victim sustained minor injuries not requiring medical attention.
