Travis Kelce proposed to Taylor Swift right after they filmed her record-breaking “New Heights” podcast episode together, Page Six can exclusively confirm.

A source tells us that while the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and the pop superstar were reminiscing on the early days of their romance — and revealing Swift’s new album details on the air — there were other people hard at work in Kelce’s backyard.

The crew was hired to create a magical garden as the two were filming, so that Kelce could pop the question to Swift shortly after they wrapped.

Travis Kelce knew he was going to propose to Taylor Swift while they were filming “New Heights” together.

Page Six’s insider says the NFL star chose that day in particular because he wanted the Grammy winner to be glammed up for the occasion and to “already be in hair and makeup.”

And, per our source, Travis had known for quite a while that he wanted to spend forever with Swift.

“He knew that he wanted to marry her. [The date] was just a matter of when the timing was right,” the insider shares. “It was less about the significance of the time and [more about] when he could actually do it in between her tour and his season.”

Prior to Page Six’s confirmation on Tuesday, eagle-eyed Swifties spotted clues that the “New Heights” taping could have been filmed right before Kelce proposed. Many pointed out via social media that Swift seemed to have headphone markings on her hair as one example.

The Super Bowl champ’s dad, Ed Kelce, previously shared that his son got his girlfriend of two years to make her way into his backyard on their big night by proposing they drink a glass of wine before dinner.

Travis then got down on one knee with an old mine brilliant-cut sparkler that he co-designed with jeweler Kindred Lubeck and has an estimated value of seven figures.

Although Swift immediately said “Yes!” — and looked over-the-moon in the stunning proposal pics — a source previously told Page Six exclusively that the couple decided to keep their engagement under wraps for a few weeks.

They did, however, tell their families in advance, and we’re told they were all “happy” and “thrilled.”

The newly engaged pair finally announced the happy news in a joint post via Instagram on Aug. 26, captioning it, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨.”

Sources told Page Six that Travis and Swift, both 35, are not expected to walk down the aisle anytime soon, with one noting that they have to get through the NFL season first.

However, when they are ready to say “I do,” we’re told the ceremony will be “private” and “casual.”

Reps for Travis and Swift did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
