A 14-year-old boy is wanted in connection with a shooting in Scarborough that left two men seriously injured on Sunday afternoon.
Toronto police said the boy attended a residence near Danforth Road and Eglinton Avenue East and allegedly discharged his firearm, striking a 21-year-old man and a 22-year-old man.
Shortly after, the boy fled. When officers arrived, they located the two victims and paramedics transported them to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Teenage suspects cannot be identified under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, but Toronto police said they have obtained a judicial authorization to name him and release his image.
They said Valentino Bethel of Toronto is wanted for 11 charges, including two counts of attempted murder, two counts of discharging a firearm with intent and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.

Police said Bethel who stands six-foot-one and weighs 150 pounds is considered armed and dangerous.
The judicial order will expire on Sept. 9 at 1 p.m.
