Deadline reports that Lucy Boynton was the other actress who screen tested for the role of Lara Croft.
If you don’t know, Lucy is well known for her work in Bohemian Rhapsody and Murder On the Orient Express.
The report that she screen tested is from back in October 2024, and Sophie‘s casting was not announced until September 2025.
