A new report has emerged detailing who will benefit from Hulk Hogan’s estate.
US Weekly reports that, in court documents filed this week, Hogan’s son Nick is listed as the sole beneficiary of Hogan’s estate and Hogan’s wife Sky Daily is listed as the surviving spouse. Brooke Hogan, who asked to be removed from her father’s will in 2023, is not a beneficiary.
There are approximately $5 million in assets listed, along with money that could potentially come from a medical malpractice lawsuit that Daily is planning.
“The paperwork shows Hulk left behind $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property, and in addition to his right to publicity, worth $4 million and an unknown value for a potential medical malpractice lawsuit,” US Weekly wrote.
In the court documents, Nick requested to be named as co-personal representative of the estate along with Hogan’s lawyer Terry McCoy. Nick also is asking for McCoy to be named curator of the estate.
The documents say Hogan’s will was first executed in 2016 and then was amended four times over the years, most recently in 2023.
Hogan passed away at 71 years old in July following complications from neck surgery. That surgery — where Hogan’s phrenic nerve was said to have been “compromised” — is at the center of the medical malpractice lawsuit that is being considered.
In another legal matter, Nick Hogan has filed suit against radio host Bubba the Love Sponge over a soon-to-be-released documentary regarding Hulk Hogan’s sex tape scandal and the impact it had on Bubba’s life and career. That documentary had a screening in Florida this week with Brooke Hogan in attendance.
