Four players will head to Greenville, S.C., for the 38th Annual Debbie Southern Furman Fall Classic, while another group will represent State at the Blue Gray Invitational in Montgomery, Ala.
At the Debbie Southern Classic, Mia Robinson, Athina Pitta, Carolina Troiano, and Gianna Oboniye will take the court Sept. 12-14 at the Mickel Tennis Center. Match play will begin at 9 a.m. CT each day.

The format of the weekend will feature two draws for both men and women, with each school sending four players paired off in groups of two. Each pair competes together through a compass-style draw, beginning with doubles (an 8-game pro-set with a tiebreak at 7-all) before transitioning into two singles matches against the same opponent team. Singles are played best-of-three, and the school that wins at least two of the three matches (doubles plus singles) advances in the draw.
Like the Debbie Southern Classic match play will begin at 9 a.m. CT each day.
The fellow opponents that will be joining State at the tournament is Auburn (8), Georgia Tech (29), Iowa State (65), Jacksonville State, LSU (11), UAB, and Ole Miss (34).
Live results will be available through the tournament site, and the ITA will also be updated with results.
