Two different sports will collide during the race weekend at Kansas Speedway as DGM Racing fields a football car.

Driver Ryan Ellis will reunite with sponsor Tablo TV at the intermediate track. His No. 71 Chevrolet will sport a bright scheme featuring a football field on Sept. 27. A goalpost will take over the hood of the stock car while the sides will feature a football.

The fenders of the car will also have plays drawn out in Xs and Os as if they were on a locker room chalkboard.

Ellis will carry an in-car camera during the Xfinity Series race. Fans can watch the race from the veteran driver’s perspective on the free CW app.

“I’m really excited about this football-themed Tablo scheme celebrating the kickoff of the NFL season,” Ellis said in a press release.

“Tablo has been such a great partner for our team, and this crossover is the perfect way to highlight how fans can enjoy both our NASCAR Xfinity Series races and their favorite NFL games through Tablo.”

Tablo joined Ellis for the first time last season when he drove for Alpha Prime Racing. The company, which provides free access to more than 125 channels through its antenna and device, took over Ellis’s No. 43 Chevrolet at Phoenix Raceway.

Tablo then followed the Virginia to DGM Racing ahead of the 2025 season. The company has taken over the No. 71 Chevrolet during four races — Las Vegas, Nashville, Mexico City, and Watkins Glen.

The reunion will take place at a track where Ellis has four starts in his Xfinity career. His best finish was 17th during the 2023 season. He finished 24th in last season’s Xfinity race at Kansas Speedway.

“Tablo TV is thrilled to join Ryan Ellis in Kansas City during one of the most electric weekends of the year,” said Alicia Hackett, VP of Platform Sales and Partnerships at Tablo TV.

“By bringing a football-themed experience to the Xfinity race, Tablo is expanding how local fans engage with live sports, both on the field and on the track. Kansas City blends two passions — football and racing — and with Tablo TV, we are excited to give fans more ways to celebrate, watch, and participate in the race weekend.”
