Lane closures

Street closures will begin Thursday, Sept. 11 from 1:30 a.m. on James Street from King Street to York Boulevard/Wilson Street. York/Wilson will remain open most of Thursday for east-west traffic. The closures will reach all along James Street North to Strachan Street. Cannon Street will remain open to westbound traffic, Barton Street will remain open to east-west traffic, and Strachan Street will allow east-west traffic.

Additional closures will take place on King William, Rebecca, Vine, Mulberry, Colbourne and Murray streets.

Starting Sept. 11 at 7 p.m., York Boulevard/Wilson Street will be closed from Park to Hughson, while MacNab Street will remain open to north-south traffic. All road closures will remain in effect until Monday, Sept. 15 at 5 a.m.

Parking

Municipal parking is available in the nearby Hamilton Convention Centre and York Boulevard Parkade car parks. Special event parking rates in city lots are adjusted based on the reservation of space, not regular operational hours and fees. Private parking locations are also available near the festival and prices are subject to change.
