Week 2 of the NFL season continues on Sunday with a full 13-game slate, and it’s another opportunity to use the current DraftKings promo code, which gives new users $200 in bonus bets and over $200 off NFL Sunday Ticket. After the Bills and Ravens played one of the most epic regular-season games you may ever see last week, the SportsLine model expects each team to cruise to easier victories without the need for late-game heroics. Two of the model’s best bets for the Sunday Week 2 NFL schedule include both the Bills and Ravens to cover their spreads in double-digit point victories.

The Bills defeated the Ravens, 41-40, after scoring the game’s final 16 points, all coming in the final four minutes of the contest. With Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson leading each offense, points are rarely a concern, and the model expects that to continue and for them to score enough to cover their spreads in divisional rivalries against the Jets and Browns. Bills (-6.5) vs. Ravens (-110)

The Bills may have played what will finish as the game of the year in Week 1, and the Jets were involved in an incredibly competitive contest as well, with one team walking off on a high and the other on a crushing low. Buffalo scored 16 points over the final four minutes to erase a 15-point deficit in a 41-40 victory over the Ravens on Sunday Night Football in Week 1. Meanwhile, the Jets saw Aaron Rodgers, their former quarterback, lead the Steelers to 17 fourth-quarter points as New York lost to Pittsburgh, 34-32, on Chris Boswell’s 60-yard field goal with 1:03 left in the fourth quarter. The model expects the Buffalo offense to put together another strong performance and doesn’t believe the Jets will score as they did against Pittsburgh. The model projects the Bills to win and cover the spread in 65% of simulations.

Ravens (-11.5) vs. Browns (-115)

The Ravens dominated the Bills for the majority of their matchup last week, but Buffalo’s 22-6 fourth quarter resulted in a collapse Baltimore will want to forget about. A matchup with the Browns could be the perfect recipe for that. The Browns had one of the lowest over/unders for total wins entering the season after a 3-14 record year. Meanwhile, the Ravens went 12-5, including 6-2 at home, last season. Baltimore defeated Cleveland 35-10 at home last season, as an angry and embarrassed Ravens team is set to host Cleveland on Sunday. The model projects the Ravens to win and cover the spread in 59% of simulations.

Vikings (-3.5) vs. Falcons (-105)

It was a rocky start for J.J. McCarthy in his NFL debut on Monday Night Football last week, but the 22-year-old responded with a solid second half to help the Vikings to a 27-24 victory over the Bears in Week 1. McCarthy, the No. 10 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, missed all of his rookie season following a preseason knee injury, and he completed 13 of 20 passes for 143 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, and he also ran for 25 yards and a score. Meanwhile, the Falcons are 1-3 in four career starts by Michael Penix Jr., who was selected two picks before McCarthy in the 2024 NFL Draft. The Vikings defeated the Falcons, 42-21, last season, so coach Kevin O’Connell could replicate ways to put McCarthy in successful situations. The model projects the Vikings to win and cover the spread in 66% of simulations on Sunday Night Football.
