Heading back to the Flyers will be a 2026 sixth-round pick.
The 28-year-old netminder appeared in 26 games with the Flyers last season, going 6-13-4 with a .880 save percentage and a 3.15 goals-against average.
Fedotov carries a $3.275 million cap hit but is owed just $775,000 in actual salary this season, reports Johnston.
Standing 6-foot-7, Fedotov joined the Flyers during the 2023-24 season after playing in the Kontinental Hockey League with CSKA Moscow.
He owns a .874 save percentage and a 3.29 GAA in 29 career NHL games.
