The AEW All Out Saturday Tailgate Brawl Pre-Show opens up with Tony Schiavone welcoming us and saying it is All Out Saturday. Schiavone is joined on commentary by Nigel McGuinness and Matt Menard. Ring announcer Arkady Aura then introduces Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs and they make their way down to the ring for the first match of the pre-show, while their opponents are already inside the ring.
Tag Team Match: AEW World Trios Champions The Opps (Samoa Joe and Powerhouse Hobbs) vs. The WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry and JD Drake)
The match starts off with Powerhouse Hobbs and Anthony Henry. Hobbs gets the better of Henry, but Henry escapes to tag in JD Drake. Hobbs then powerslams Drake and tags in Samoa Joe. Joe then dominates Drake and hits a big PK. Drake then comes back and corners Joe, but Joe shrugs off the assault. Drake then thumbs Joe’s eyes and tags in Anthony Henry, who hits a Tornado DDT for a near fall. Drake then tags back in and hits Joe with a series of punches. Joe then comes back with punches of his own. Joe then hits a big slam on Drake for a near fall.
Hobbs then tags in and runs through both opponents. Hobbs then hits a double splash in the corner and hits Drake with a series of Lariats. Henry then tries to scrap, but Hobbs nails him with a punch. Joe then tags back in and keeps up the assault on Drake. Drake then fights off a Muscle Buster, but Joe dodges the missile dropkick attempt. Samoa Joe then locks Drake in a Coquina Clutch. Hobbs then hits a Spinebuster to keep Henry from breaking up the pinfall.

After the match, Katsuyori Shibata makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the pre-show while Joe and Hobbs are on the stage. Shibata then exchanges fist bumps with his fellow AEW World Trios Tag Team Champions and heads to the ring for his match. Daniel Garcia and Marina Shafir are then shown in a backstage hallway. Garcia then slaps the camera and then he and Shafir make way down to the ring through the crowd.
Singles Match: The Death Riders’ Daniel Garcia vs. AEW World Trios Champion The Opps’ Katsuyori Shibata
The match starts off with Shibata kicking Garcia in the face. Shibata then pummels him in the corner, but Garcia escapes before Shibata can hit a Shotgun Dropkick. The two men then brawl at ringside. Shibata then gets the better of Garcia and places him in a chair. Shibata then winds up and kicks Garcia. They then head back in the ring. Daddy Magic then gets in Garcia’s face. Garcia then sets Shibata’s head up in the ring steps and dropkicks the ring steps. Garcia then sends Shibata back in the ring for a near fall. Garcia then hits a sliding forearm for a near fall. Garcia then continues to pummel away at Shibata. Shibata then fights back with a flurry of strikes. Shibata then hits a suplex.
Garcia then hits a suplex. Shibata then hits a suplex and kicks Garcia in the face. Shibata then hits a Shotgun Dropkick in the corner and hits a Front Facelock Suplex for a near fall. Garcia then fights out of a Cross Armbreaker. Shibata then goes for a Triangle Choke, but Garcia fights out of that as well. Both men then battle to the apron, where they exchange forearms until Garcia bites Shibata in the head. Shibata then gets Garcia up for a Death Valley Driver and drives him into the apron.
Garcia and Shibata are slapping and shouting at each other. They then hit slaps at the same time and both men are down. They then fight to their feet, forehead to forehead and keep exchanging strikes. Garcia then locks in a Standing Guillotine Choke. Shibata then passes out and Garcia hits a Piledriver for a near fall. Garcia then keeps going for near falls. Shibata then powers up and both men go back to exchanging staggering blows. Shibata then slaps Garcia’s chest and locks in a Rear-Naked Choke. Garcia then counters with a near fall, but Shibata kicks out. Shibata then keeps the hold locked in. Marina Shafir then distracts the referee. Garcia then hits Shibata with a Gotch Piledriver. Garcia then hits a Curb Stomp for the win.

Trios Match: The Conglomeration’s Hologram and The Paragon (Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly) vs. The Frat House (Griff Garrison, Preston Vance and Cole Karter)
The match starts off with The Frat House dominating and attacking right at the entrances. They then keep up quick tags to keep Paragon neutralized. Hologram then tags in and uses his agility to avoid a flurry of attacks. Hologram then hits Garrison with a Spanish Fly for a near fall. Vance then tags in and gets triple teamed by Hologram and Paragon. Hologram then climbs to the top rope and hits a double stomp on Garrison for the win.

8-Woman Tornado Tag Team Match: Harley Cameron, Mina Shirakawa, Queen Aminata and The Conglomeration’s Willow Nightingale vs. “The Megasus” Megan Bayne, Penelope Ford and Triangle of Madness (Julia Hart and Skye Blue)
The match starts off with Willow and the rest of her team doing a football like charge and running over the opposing team, leading to all four women brawling in respective corners with their opponents. We then get a 4-Way head smash that sends many of the opposing team to the outside, but Willow and her team celebrate a little too long, leading to Megan Bayne tossing Julia Hart at the babyfaces. Megan and Willow then stare each other down and trade blows.
Willow then hits a Spinebuster and we get a 4-Way vertical suplex. The action then spills to the outside, where all women hit each other with little hockey sticks and throw pucks at each other. They then hit each other with other weapons as well. Willow then gets powerbombed onto a bunch of coolers by Skye Blue. Skye then covers for a near fall. Aminata then hits a Headscissors booty smash. Mina then covers Julia for a near fall. Skye then traps Harley in a trash can and lines up a number of women in the corner for various running attacks. Bayne then slams Harley.
Penelope then hits a moonsault and Harley kicks out. Willow then stops a Doomsday Device. Willow then hits Bayne with a Pounce. Julia and Skye then run through the babyfaces, but get pulled out of the ring. Mina then sets up a Webber Grill, traps Julia and Skye in it and kicks them repeatedly. Willow then hits Ford with a slam and a trash can. Willow then hits a Doctor Bomb for the win.

AEW All Out Results (9/20/2025): Live Match Updates and Highlights
AEW All Out opens up with a video package highlighting the main feuds going into the PPV, culminating with the AEW World Championship Match between Kyle Fletcher and “Hangman” Adam Page.
We then head to ringside as we welcome Bryan Danielson to the announce desk. We then get another video package, this time focusing on the Copeland/Cage vs. FTR feud going into the first match of the PPV.
We then see Christian Cage and Adam Copeland saying hi to Wendel Clark and Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys.
We then head to ringside and Adam Copeland makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the PPV. Christian Cage then makes his way down to the ring next and FTR follows. The pair then hug it out in the ring and the first match of the PPV gets underway.
Tag Team Match: “The Rated R Superstar” Adam Copeland and Christian Cage vs. FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax “The Axe” Harwood)
The match starts off with Dax and Cage as the crowd starts an “oh, f–k the Revival” chant. Cage and Harwood then lock up, backing into the corner as they fight it out before the referee intervenes. We then get another collar and elbow tie-up, this time with Dax taking Cage to the mat before stepping on him. Cage then fights back, sending Harwood to the corner to slam his head against the turnbuckle. Cage then targets the previously-broken nose of Dax as he tags in Cope and a double team between the babyfaces leads to a near fall.
Dax then makes the tag to Cash, who goes for a side headlock on Cope before taking him to the mat. Cope then fights back, eventually hitting a Lou Thesz press before tagging in Cage. We then get another double team, this time getting a two count on Wheeler. Cage then sends him to the corner for some hard strikes and a bite. Dax then makes the tag and fights Cage to the corner as the crowd tries to rile him up. Harwood then pays little mind to this as he takes Cage to the mat before Wheeler tags in for a stomp. Cage then slowly fights to his feet, only to be sent back down as Dax tags in. Harwood then hits a dropkick and follows it up with a chinlock.
Cage then fights back to his feet, but is unable to make the tag as Wheeler keeps Cope away from the apron before sliding into the ring for a double team on Cage allowing for a two count for Harwood. Wheeler then tags in and goes up to the turnbuckle, jumping into a boot from Cage instead and Cage makes the tag to Cope. Dax then tags back in, but he is taken down to the mat by Cope for a near fall. Wheeler then tags in, but gets taken down by Cope. Cope then hits a five-knuckle shuffle and follows it up with a Death Valley Driver/Attitude Adjustment, but only gets a two count.
Cope then goes for a Sharpshooter and Wheeler tries to intervene before Cage slides in for one of his own on Cash. While being trapped in the submission, FTR help each other out enough for Harwood to reach the ropes for a break. Cage and Cope then set up for an homage to the Hardys, but Cage gets sent into Cope and forces him to land on his neither region on the top rope before FTR sets up for the Power and the Glory. This then gets a near fall and they go for a Shatter Machine only for Cope to hit a Killswitch for the cover and Stoke pulls the referee out of the ring to stop the count.
Beth Copeland’s music then hits and she makes her way out to lay out Big Stoke. In the midst of this, Cope gets another near fall before chaos ensues, while Beth carries Stoke to the back. FTR then sets up for a Shatter Machine and a spike piledriver, but Cope manages to kick out at two. FTR then argues with the referee on this before looking for a Shatter Machine only for Cope to hit an Impaler on both men. Cope then heads to the corner and looks for a spear on Wheeler only to run into a Shatter Machine. Wheeler then makes the cover, but Copeland kicks out once again. Another Shatter Machine hits, but Cope still fights back. Cage then keeps Dax from intervening as Cope hits a spear on Wheeler for the win.

After the match, Beth Copeland returns to ringside to stand alongside Cope and Cage, but Nick Wayne and Mother Wayne make their way out. This then allows FTR to blindside Cage and Cope, with Kip Sabian handcuffing Cope while FTR hit a spike piledriver on Cage. They then see Beth trying to take the handcuffs off of Cope and she tries to fight back before the pair sets her up for a spike piledriver and the crowd boos.
We then get a video package looking at Big Bill calling out Eddie Kingston and getting what he wants as Kingston faces him next.
Big Bill then makes his way down to the ring with Bryan Keith for the next match of the PPV and Eddie Kingston follows.
Singles Match: Eddie Kingston vs. Big Bill
The match starts off with both men immediately going at it until Bill takes Kingston down with a big boot. He then takes Kingston to the ropes to continue the attack, sending him to the mat before mocking him. Kingston then fights back to his feet and both men go at it once again. Bill then more damage to Kingston before getting a near fall, only for Kingston to fight back again leading to a set of machine gun chops and an exploder suplex sending Bill to the canvas. Kingston then goes back after Bill, who hits some heavy blows and a side slam to keep Kingston at bay for a near fall. Bill then hits another side slam, but it only gets a two count.
Bill then looks for a chokeslam, but Kingston reverses it into a DDT. He then gets to his feet for a Hurriken, but Bill kicks out at one and gets to his feet and hits a boot on Kingston to send him to the mat hard. Kingston then goes to the corner as Bill charges at him, but Kingston dodges for a roll up and a two count. Kingston then follows it up with a Hurriken for the win.
The winner of the Singles Match, Eddie Kingston!
After the match, Bryan Keith comes running in as he and Bill look to attack Kingston until the lights go out and HOOK makes his way out for the save. HOOk then locks Keith in a Redrum before pushing him into a Hurriken by Kingston. The babyfaces then stand tall as the crowd cheers.
We then get a video package looking at the Tables ‘N’ Tacks Match between MJF and The Conglomeration’s Mark Briscoe.
MJF then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the PPV and Mark Briscoe follows.
Tables ‘N’ Tacks Match: MJF vs. The Conglomeration’s Mark Briscoe
The match starts off with MJF leaving the ring as he does not want anything to do with Briscoe and Briscoes empties the buckets to form a tack circle on the canvas. Briscoe then eventually gets after MJF, looking to follow Cactus Jack before MJF fights back. MJF then breaks away from a Jay Driller attempt to get back into the ring and both men start trading strikes with some tacks lurking below. Both men then take turns looking to body slam the other onto the tacks before looking to drive each other’s face into the pile instead. MJF then uses the referee to distract Briscoe and he gets the opening he needs to body slam Briscoe onto the tacks.
MJF then pushes the face of Briscoe into the tacks before leaving the ring to gloat as he grabs a table from ringside. MJF then closes it up and pushes it under the ring. This then gets a “we want tables” chant as Briscoe tries to fight back, only for MJF to lift him up for a wheel slam back onto the tacks for a pin. Briscoe then kicks out at two, but this just encourages MJF to do even more damage using the tacks. MJF then shoves a few tacks into Briscoe before hitting him with a punch.
MJF then takes Briscoe to the ropes for a back body drop onto the tacks twice and Briscoe struggles to get back up. MJF then props him up against the ropes before going for one more back body drop, but Briscoe lands on his feet. MJF then hits the ropes for a clothesline, but Briscoe sends MJF down with a back body drop onto the pile of tacks. Briscoe then hits a series of strikes on MJF, who lands on his feet on a back body drop attempt only for Briscoe to hit a kick forcing both men into the tacks. Briscoe is back on his feet and he hit MJF with a chokeslam onto the tacks as well, getting a near fall in the process.
Briscoe then goes for a Froggy Bow, but MJF rolls out of the ring and that leads to Briscoe hitting a dive on him before pulling a table out from under the ring. Briscoe then props it up against the barricade before grabbing a chair and he gets the drop on MJF that sends both men through the table on the outside. Briscoe then brings MJF around the ring before setting up the other table and he places MJF on it. Briscoe then hits an elbow that sends MJF through the table. Briscoe then goes for a third table and sets that up as MJF slides into the ring. Briscoe then goes after him, only for MJF to hit him with a flurry of offense that sends some tacks into the face of Briscoe. This then sends him staggering, but Briscoe takes the fight back to MJF.
Briscoe then leaves the ring and pulls out a chair that has tacks on it before heading back into the ring, but MJF makes uses it against Briscoe before getting a two count. MJF then leaves the ring to grab a table and brings it into the ring to set it back up before leaving the ring again. He then grabs a couple of bags from under the ring and dumps two piles of tacks onto the table before going after Briscoe in the corner. He then looks for a powerbomb, but Briscoe fights back with some punches to break free. MJF then catches Briscoe on the corner, but this leads to both men slugging it out on the top turnbuckle. MJF then blocks a Jay Driller attempt and bites Briscoe and Briscoe responds by doing the same thing and forces MJF to stagger toward the corner as he hits a Froggy Bow to drive MJF through the table and the tacks. He then goes back up for another Froggy Bow, but he isn’t finished with MJF as he sets up for a Jay Driller and hits it for the win.
The winner of the Tables ‘N’ Tacks Match, The Conglomeration’s Mark Briscoe!
After the match, we get replays of the finish as Mark Briscoe celebrates his win. Commentary then hypes up the rest of the card for the PPV.
We then head to the back, where the former Acclaimed are giving out to each other as Jerry Lynn tries to get them to recognize they are better together. He then threatens to have them suspended without pay and that only gets them more riled up.
We then get a video package of Ricochet being rejected from the Hurt Syndicate and that has led to a trios match coming up next.
Ricochet and GOA then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the PPV and The Hurt Syndicate follow.
Trios Match: The Hurt Syndicate (“The All Mighty” Bobby Lashley, “The Standard of Excellence” Shelton Benjamin and MVP) vs. The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona)
The match starts off with with MVP and Bishop Kaun, but MVP calls out to Ricochet to tag in. Ricochet then does everything he can to avoid MVP before tagging Kaun back in. Kaun and MVP then lock up, exchanging holds before MVP knocks Bishop back. Kaun then responds with some shots before MVP fights back for a front slam. He then goes for a cover, but only gets a two count as Kaun kicks out. A tag is then made to Benjamin, who gets sent to the corner by Kaun but absorbs some punishment before hitting some shots of his own. Kaun then sends him back into the corner, but Benjamin turns things around for an ankle lock before taking Bishop down for a two.
A tag is now made to Lashley and Ricochet tags in, only to be beaten down by Lashley leading to a back body drop. MVP then tags in and he gets his hands on Ricochet and gets a near fall. MVP then clears GOA off the apron before sending Ricochet into the corner for a kick and an exploder suplex. He then has the upper hand until GOA get involved and a tag is made to Kaun allowing him to attack the leg of MVP. He then does some more damage before Ricochet tags back in and he mocks the Hurt Syndicate as he continues to wear down MVP.
MVP then fights back before making the tag to Benjamin, who goes off on Ricochet and GOA before focusing on Ricochet in particular for a German suplex. He then follows suit with a suplex on Bishop Kaun before grabbing both men for a double decker suplex. Lashley then makes a blind tag as Liona looks to intervene, only to be cleared out before Lashley hits a spear on Kaun for the cover. Ricochet then breaks it up with a 450 splash to save the match for his team. MVP then gets a tag back into the match and he goes after Ricochet as Lashley and Kaun go at it before Bishop sends Lashley to the corner. Liona then comes in as GOA attack, but Benjamin makes the save before the action spills to the outside. GOA, Lashley and Benjamin then go at it some more until Ricochet hits a dive to take Lashley and Benjamin out. Lashley and Benjamin then lean against the barricade before Toa gets launched into them. Back in the ring, GOA helps set Ricochet up for a Spirit Gun on MVP for the win.

After the match, The Demand head up the ramp to celebrate as Lashley and Benjamin check on MVP.
We then get a video package looking at the AEW TBS Championship Match between Riho and Mercedes Moné.
Riho then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the PPV and Mercedes Moné follows.
AEW TBS Championship Match: “The CEO” Mercedes Moné (c) vs. Riho
The match starts off with Moné going after Riho and mocking her as she shoves Riho away. Riho then responds with a near fall on Moné. Riho then breaks away from a Statement Maker attempt to go for a single leg crab before Moné turns around and kicks out of a pin attempt to force a break. Moné then finally gets to the ropes for leverage, getting to her feet before locking up with Riho in the middle of the ring. Riho then Moné against the ropes and she breaks away to mock her dance before Moné drops Riho to the mat to show off her own moves.
Riho then gets back into it and sends Moné to the outside before hitting a double foot stomp off the apron. Riho then then gets onto the announce desk to hit another stomp and she sends Moné back into the ring before going up top. Moné then dodges the third stomp attempt, only to take a headscissors by Riho followed by a dropkick. Riho then sets up for a crucifix bomb, but only gets a two count. Moné then rolls out of the ring as Riho goes up top and Moné forces Riho to drop down to the apron, where she trips her up and catches her with the apron itself before sending Riho into the announce desk. Moné then follows it up with a Meteora before bringing Riho back in the ring, but only gets a near fall.
Moné and Riho then go back at it before Moné hits a dropkick for a two count and Moné sets up a pendulum swing for more damage, leading to another near fall. Moné then goes for a flying surfboard stretch, but Riho manages to break free as she looks for a single leg crab. She then gets the move cinched in wrenches it back, but Moné grabs Riho’s hair to finally break the hold. Riho then sets Moné up for a Statement Maker of her own. Moné then struggles toward the ropes before getting Riho on her shoulders for a two count to release the hold, but Riho just goes right back after her and sets up a near fall in response. Both women then fight to their feet before Riho drops Moné with a dragon suplex for a cover and a two count.
Moné then stars to turn things back around as she gets Riho on the top turnbuckle for a kick and she follows it up with a superplex that turns into a Three Amigos. Moné then goes up top for a frog splash, but she lands onto the knees of Riho who gets Moné propped up on the turnbuckle for a double foot stomp leading to a near fall. Moné then hits a lungblower on Riho to get back into it and she follows it up with a sunset powerbomb into the turnbuckle and a running kick for a two count. Moné then goes back on the attack for a double knees, but Riho catches her in a single leg crab that she once again wrenches back on before Moné manages to grab the ropes for a break. Riho then goes back at it, hitting a German suplex with a bridge for a two count. She then hits another suplex for another near fall and a Northern Lights suplex that Moné narrowly kicks out of. Moné then uses the referee as a shield to set up for a gouge of the eyes and a lungblower followed by the Moné Maker for the win.

After the match, Moné celebrates her win with the title as she heads up the ramp.
We then get a video package looking at a mini-tournament that took place the past couple of weeks and that has led to a 3-Way Match that sees Konosuke Takeshita and Máscara Dorada facing Kazuchika Okada for the AEW Unified Championship.
Máscara Dorada then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the PPV and Konosuke Takeshita and Kazuchika Okada follows.
AEW Unified Championship 3-Way Match: Don Callis Family’s “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada (c) vs. Don Callis Family’s “The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita vs. Máscara Dorada
The match starts off with Okada and Takeshita targeting Dorado and taking turns going after him before Okada is sent out of the ring. Dorada then tries to take advantage before Takeshita takes him down for a two count. Dorado then sends Takeshita to the corner, but an attack from Okada leads to Takeshita taking a dropkick that sends him to the floor. Dorada then sends Okada to the outside as well, but the two Don Callis Family members catch him trying to make a dive and that leads to Takeshita hitting a brainbuster that sends Dorada onto the ramp. He then sends Dorada back into the ring to continue the damage, but only gets a near fall for his effort.
Dorada then starts to fight back and he sends Takeshita to the outside, but gets tripped up by Okada on the opposite side. Okada then enters the ring to go Dorada. Okada then goes after the mask of Dorada before taking him to the mat for another near fall just as Takeshita slides in to stand off against Okada. He then briefly attacks Takeshita before focusing on Dorada and gets another near fall in the process. He then sends Dorada into the corner twice and the second time leads to a running shoulder tackle to send Dorada to the mat. Dorada then fights back with a torneo to an arm drag and he sends Okada out with a dropkick as Takeshita comes sliding in only to get sent back out. Dorada then hits a dive to take out Okada and a torneo to take out Takeshita on the other side.
Okada then comes in after Dorada, but gets dropped with a driver by Dorada for a two count. Okada then responds with a scoop slam. He then climbs up top for an elbow drop before Takeshita comes in for another face-off. Both men then go at it until Takeshita hits a rolling elbow and a Blue Thunder. Bomb for a two count before Okada manages to kick out. Dorada then comes in and sends Okada out as he takes Takeshita out with a destroyer for a two count. He then hits a 450 splash, but is pulled out of the ring by Okada and that allows Okada to go up top before Takeshita intercepts him. Both men then go at it on the top before Dorada jumps in and hits a hurricanrana to send both men crashing to the canvas. Dorada then goes for a cover, first on Okada and on Takeshita, but both men kick out.
Okada and Takeshita then fight back to send Dorada to the outside before staring each other down and going at it. Both men then trade offense and hit hard strikes into a tombstone piledriver that leaves both men laying on the mat. Dorada then climbs the turnbuckle and goes for a 450 splash, but misses and gets a standing moonsault press on Okada instead. Takeshita then breaks the pin attempt. Dorada then fights him off before going back to the top and hits a 450 splash onto the knees of Okada. Takeshita then hits a lariat, but it only gets a two count. Takeshita then turns his attention to Okada and lays in some heavy offense that leads to a near fall. All three men are down, but slowly fight their way back to a vertical base with strikes.
This then brings all three men up to their feet as it continues to go back and forth until Takeshita sends both opponents up and over with a German suplex. Dorada then lands on his feet and manages to take Takeshita down before sending Okada to the outside. Dorada then goes up top, but Takeshita cuts him off at the pass. Takeshita then hits a superplex and Dorada blocks a Raging Fire. Takeshita then hits Raging Fire, but Okada breaks up the pin and both men go at it one more time before a dropkick takes Takeshita out of the match. Okada then hits a Rainmaker on Dorada for the win.

After the match, Okada and Takeshita stare each other down in the middle of the ring and Okada raises his championship up high.
We then get a video package looking at the feud between Darby Allin and Jon Moxley that leads us to a Coffin Match.
Jon Moxley then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the PPV through the crowd with Marina Shafir and he gets blindsided by Darby Allin as the Coffin Match is underway.
