WINTHROP, Mass.- For the third consecutive week, the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) named Cooper Bertrand (Caledon, Ont.) their Golfer of the Week after another stellar performance on the course.

Bertrand helped guide the Cadets to two consecutive second-place finishes during the week. In Friday’s Battle for Boston Invitational, he finished the day +4, tying teammate Harrison Giambattista (Danielson, Conn.) for fourth place overall.

Over the weekend, during the two-day Vermont State Castleton Invitational, Bertrand rode a stellar first day, where he finished +1, to an emphatic first-place finish by five strokes.

After repeating as Golfer of the Week twice, this marks the first time in Bertrand’s collegiate career that he’s earned the honor three consecutive times. Bertrand will drive for four straight when Norwich competes at the Keene State Invitational on Sept. 25 and when they face New England College in match play on Sept. 28.
