R.J. Felton and Steven Ashworth both were on the Pacers for 2025 NBA Summer League.

The Indiana Pacers signed two players on Monday.

Guards R.J. Felton and Steven Ashworth signed Exhibit 10 deals with plans for them to be part of their G League affiliate, the Noblesville Boom, for the 2025-26 season.

Excited about the opportunity, Felton posted a photo on Instagram Story: “Signed my 1st NBA contract”

He was joined in the photo by Pacers executive vice president Ted Wu and Boom head coach Tom Hankins.

Both of these deals were expected, but now they’re finalized. The rookie guards were with the Pacers for NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, coached by Isaac Yacob. The Summer Pacers finished 3-2.

Felton, out of East Carolina, was a four-year player and a 2025 All-AAC (American Athletic Conference) First Team Selection. He was a three-year starter and averaged 18.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game during his senior season.

Ashworth, out of Creighton, played five years of college basketball — including the first three seasons at Utah State. He led the Big East last season in 3s (3.1) and assists (6.8) per game. Pacers draft Kam Jones, at Marquette, was second in assists per game (5.9).

The Pacers open training camp on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
