Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson proved their chemistry is alive and well at Monday’s “Dawson’s Creek” reunion — more than two decades in the making.
The former co-stars cozied up to each other after performing a read-through of the six-season series’ first episode at New York City’s Richard Rodgers Theatre.
Holmes and Jackson, who respectively played Joey Potter and Pacey Witter, held hands as they joined their fellow cast members on stage to close out the event.
How Joshua Jackson and Katie Holmes never sailed off in to the sunset is wild. Pretty sure they invented chemistry. Sometimes your person isn’t the one you marry I guess. Other examples: Kate & Leo or John Stamos & Lori Loughlin. (Not my vid) pic.twitter.com/j0yra5Os4W

The “Affair” alum, in turn, rested his head on hers.
After Jackson took his bow in front of cheering attendees, Holmes — who had been clapping excitedly herself — reached out for a high five.
