Experts warn the profession is in crisis, with growing burnout, rising stress, and teachers leaving the job in droves.

Teachers are being stretched, juggling admin loads, overcrowded classrooms and poor discipline, with little support.
Many are overworked, emotionally drained, and suffering from anxiety or depression, while still being expected to carry the future of the country on their shoulders.
