INDIANAPOLIS — Aliyah Boston has been working her tail off in the WNBA semifinals.

The offense has come in infrequent spurts for the Indiana Fever big, and her average of 9.3 points per game through the first three contests of the series against the Las Vegas Aces wasn’t enough for the short-handed Fever. However, Boston has been put through the wringer defending A’ja Wilson, and Wilson has had two of her worst offensive games of the season in this series.

Nevertheless, Boston needed to bring more for the Fever to extend their season with a 90-83 victory at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Sunday afternoon, evening the series 2-2. She needed to be an offensive force to complement Kelsey Mitchell and make Wilson work harder on the other end.

That explosion finally came Sunday, as Boston scored 24 points, adding 14 rebounds and five assists in the victory.

The Fever forced a decisive Game 5 Tuesday in Las Vegas.
