The Curry brothers are teaming up in the Bay.

Seth Curry is an 11-year NBA veteran who last year played for the Charlotte Hornets.

A native of Charlotte, N.C., he averaged 6.5 points, 1.7 rebounds and 0.9 assists last season while shooting 47.8 per cent from the field and a league-high 45.6 per cent from three-point range on 2.7 attempts per game.

Much like his older brother, Seth has made his money from beyond the arc, shooting a career 43.3 per cent from range on 4.0 attempts per game over his career.

An NBA journeyman, Curry has suited up for nine different teams over his 550 career games, unlike Steph, who has only ever played for the Warriors.

The move to sign Seth comes after the Warriors ended a stalemate with young forward Jonathan Kuminga on Tuesday, signing the 22-year-old to a two-year deal. Golden State is also set to add veteran Al Horford to its rotation, joining the team on a multi-year contract.

While it’s not uncommon to see two brothers in the NBA together, it’s slightly more rare to see two on the same team. The Antetokounmpo brothers (Giannis and Thanasis) will be suiting up together once again on the Milwaukee Bucks this season, while the trio of Justin, Jrue and Aaron Holiday all played in the same game together in 2019.
