The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed wide receiver Kenneth Womack to a future contract starting in 2026 on Wednesday according to the CFL Transactions page.
Kenneth Womack is six foot and weighs 195 pounds. A native of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Womack went undrafted in 2025.
Collegiately, Womack was a dual-sport player, playing both football and basketball at Sacred Heart University (2020-22). In football, he made 98 catches (12.6 AVG) for 1,234 yards (47.5 AVG), five receiving touchdowns, 11 carries for 56 yards, one kick return for 19 yards, and three tackles in 26 games for the Pioneers. He was named Preseason All-NEC in 2022. In 2022, he led Sacred Heart with 721 receiving yards, including a season-high 173 yards against Stonehill.
In basketball, Womack averaged 12.5 minutes per game, 2.9 points per game, scored a career-high 15 points against FDU in 2022-23, and had 19 rebounds in 17 games. In the 2022-23 season, Womack averaged 3.4 points per game.
Then, he transferred to Western Michigan (2023-24) with 115 catches (10.7 AVG) for 1,236 yards (56.2 AVG), two receiving touchdowns, and two carries for 10 yards in 22 games for the Broncos.
In 2023, he made 76 catches (9.1 AVG) for 691 yards (57.6 AVG) and one receiving touchdown in 12 games. He was named First Team All-MAC. In 2024, he made 39 catches (3.9 AVG) for 545 yards (54.5 AVG) and one receiving touchdown in 10 games.
